Job Description Information
- Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products/services, increase brand visibility, and drive customer engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand the company's market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and adjust business strategies accordingly.
Lead Generation and Conversion:
- Implement effective lead generation strategies to drive qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
- Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into customers through targeted campaigns and promotions.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Content Development:
- Create engaging and persuasive content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email, and print materials.
- Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the company's value proposition.
Event Management:
- Plan and coordinate participation in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Evaluate the success of events and adjust strategies for future engagements.
Requirements
Our emphasis is on skills but a college educational qualification will be an added advantage. Proven experience in marketing and business development roles.
Strong understanding of market trends and competitor activities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to think strategically and execute tactically. Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms. Results-oriented with a track record of achieving targets and goals.
